I have not received my confirmation email

Please try the following:

1. Check your spam folder in your inbox to see if your confirmation email with the booking is here

2. If you have your Travel ID, you can click on "My bookings" at the top right and:

  • Enter your itinerary ID.
  • Enter the last name on the hotel booking reservation.
  • You also have the option here to send your hotel reservation confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase or to another e-mail.

3. If you do not have your travel ID or still cannot find your reservation, please contact us, booking support, by phone: +44 345 608 6386

Note: When you book your hotel room, you must always confirm your email during the booking. This is the email we will send your booking confirmation to in the first place.

When will I receive my cashback for my hotel reservation?

After your reservation, your cashback will get the status "Pending" in your cashback account immediately. It changes to "Confirmed" 30 days after the day your stay has ended. This is to catch up on any cancellations and to ensure that your cashback has been paid by the provider.

This number can also be found in the hotel booking confirmation email you received when you booked your hotel.

In addition, you can see the hotel provider’s cancellation policy, in this same email, regarding refunds of a reservation and/or any cancellation fees that may apply. The policies are clearly detailed and are closely followed because of our contractual arrangements. For some cancellations, a non-refundable fee equivalent to 35.00 USD per room reservation service recovery fee may apply and will be stated in the cancellation policy of your hotel booking.

How do I get my hotel refund on a refundable booking after I’ve canceled my reservation?

Your refund will be the total amount paid, less any cancellation fees per the hotel’s cancellation policy that can be found in your hotel booking confirmation email.

The funds will be refunded to your card that was used to purchase within 3-7 business days.

How do I know that my reservation has been confirmed by the hotel?

Immediately after your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a "travel ID". You are always welcome to contact the hotel in question if there is anything you would like to double-check or if you have special wishes/requests for the hotel. The contact information for the hotel can be found in the confirmation email with your booking.

Why have I received cashback for a hotel reservation I have completed but I do not see the cashback as "confirmed" yet?

The cashback is automatically registered to your tuck. cashback account and you will receive your cashback 30 days AFTER your completed stay.

How do I know my payment information is secure?

We use "secure-socket-layer" (SSL) encryption, which is standard encryption. The encryption allows our users to enter their payment card information in a secure environment. SSL also ensures that you deal directly with us and that the information you send to us cannot be interfered with or decrypted by outsiders.

What does the confirmation with the travel ID mean?

Once we have sent you a booking confirmation with a travel ID, there is nothing more for you to do. Keep your confirmation email with the booking as you will need it when you check into the hotel. Before your check-in, the hotel confirms the reservation with us and prepares for your arrival.

Can I book a room for tonight?

Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If a hotel does not allow this, it will be stated in the hotel's policy if you try to book for the same day.

Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel?

Some hotels offer free transfers from the airport. The information can be found on the individual hotel's website, or you can choose to call the hotel directly. Please note that some hotels have chosen to close their shuttle service due to COVID-19, but you can always contact the hotel directly for more information.

Do I get free breakfast?

Some hotels include free breakfast for every night you book. The information can be found on the individual hotel's website. You are also always welcome to contact the hotel directly for special enquiries.

What about parking at the hotel?

Free parking is offered by many hotels. Check the individual hotel's page for more information. You are also always welcome to contact the hotel directly for special enquiries.

Does the hotel have a minimum age limit to be able to book a room?

Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 to book a room. Select hotels require the guest(s) to be 21 years of age and have a credit/debit card in their own name. You can see the individual hotel's policy on the hotel page. You are also always welcome to contact the hotel directly for special enquiries.

How accurate is your information about hotel facilities?

The information about the hotel is updated by the hotel itself or by the hotel chains a few times a year. In addition, we always strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available, but ultimately we rely on the employees of the individual hotels to update and change the information when necessary. If you have specific inquiries, we suggest you contact the hotel directly to verify and/or clarify any questions regarding their services.

What do additional taxes and fees mean?

The city you are visiting may have its own tax rates. In some cases, there may be an additional tax added by local providers, cities, states, or by the country itself. Taxes are included in the hotel reservation and the fees charged are disclosed by the provider directly to us. Non-refundable bookings are periodically required to reserve hotel rooms for your visit and to offer the lowest rates.

Are resort fees included in my price?

If a hotel charges a resort fee, it is not included in your booking price, but it will be noted in your booking confirmation email. These extra charges at hotels are estimated and subject to change according to hotel policy.

What is the payment on my credit/debit card?

At the time of your booking, you will be charged for your stay. That's why we can get the best prices and add cashback on top. Throughout the booking process, we will inform you whether the selected room is non-refundable or whether the booking can be canceled afterwards.

Are taxes and fees included in the total hotel price?

Generally speaking, yes. We provide the rates and adjust with included taxes and fees. However, it may happen that the hotel does not inform us of their tax and fee information, which is why we will not be able to inform you in that case. If you find a hotel that does not provide tax information, please call our booking support on the phone number you find in your confirmation email with the booking, and we will obtain the tax information for you.

Do I pay the full amount of the reservation or do I just make a deposit to reserve the room?

You pay for the entire hotel stay when you book. We have negotiated the best prices for the hotel rooms. When you search for hotels, it appears whether a room is refundable when you book your hotel room.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can make a reservation for someone else using tuck. travel. You just need to make sure that you have included the person's name and information in “Guest Information” when you book the hotel.

Please note that there may be an age restriction at selected hotels. Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 to book a room, and selected hotels require the guest to be at least 21 years old. To check in, your guest must present a photo ID along with a credit/debit card.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Bookings are either refundable or non-refundable and cannot be changed once you have booked your hotel. If you need to cancel your booking, there will be a cancellation fee which will be charged based on the individual hotel's cancellation policy applicable for the time you booked. In addition, no refunds will be made in the event of no-show on the day of check-in or in the event of cancellation after a possible cancellation deadline.

Can I change hotels?

Yes, you can change hotels by canceling your previous reservation (cancellation fees may apply) and making a new reservation, so you are sure to earn cashback for your booking. Please review your booking confirmation email for the hotel's cancellation policy and any fees etc.

How do I know if the room is refundable?

Throughout your hotel search, rooms that are refundable will be marked with "Refundable" under the hotel price. If it is not stated that the room is refundable, then it is a non-refundable room.

How can you offer such cheap prices on hotels and at the same time offer cashback on top of that?

We always work hard to find the best deals on hotel prices at the time of your booking. We work with several different hotel providers and direct hotel partners to give you the most value.

What do I need to show at check-in?

You must present a photo ID along with your credit/debit card.

Do I have to disclose if I have children with me during my stay?

It is important to state the number of guests and their ages. You can do this in the booking process.

What card do I need to purchase with to get discounted rates and cashback?

You may use any of your credit or debit cards to get discounted rates and cashback on eligible travel bookings.
